-1 Gallon Water
-6 Green Tea Packets
-Juice of 3 Lemons
-Fresh Ginger about 2″ grated
-Bring your water to a rolling simmer.
-Add the tea bags and let steep 20 minutes.
-Juice the lemon and add it to the water.
-Peel the fresh ginger.
-Grate or puree the ginger and add it to the mixture.
-Remove the tea bags.
-Mix all and place in a container.
-Drink over ice 4 times per day.
